Refund policy

Holiday Update: To make festive gifting a little brighter, any order placed from 1st December can be returned until 31st January. All usual return conditions apply.

We're sorry to hear your order isn’t quite right. If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving it.

Please send the item back to the address below, making sure to include your order number inside the package:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

• Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
• We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received your refund notification.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days from the date we receive your return.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please send an email to customerservice@hausdistribution.com. Please include your order number, date of return and if possible, the tracking link for your return package so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges for items purchased online.

If you’d like a different design, please return your original item following our Returns process and place a new order for your preferred product.

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible and gives you the flexibility to choose from the full collection.
