All Mr Maria products are delivered as a complete package, including the design itself and a user manual.

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk/spam folder or get in touch with us at customerservice@hausdistribution.com.

When your order is accepted and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status.

Defects and Warranty

Every Mr Maria design is made with great care, and we want you to enjoy it for years to come. That’s why all of our products come with a 24-month warranty.

To ensure your warranty remains valid, please make sure the product is used as outlined in the user manual.

If something doesn’t seem right, simply email us at customerservice@hausdistribution.com with a brief description and a few photos of the issue. Our team will take a look and work with you to find a quick and thoughtful solution.

Return and exchange policy

Changed your mind? No problem — returns are easy.

You can return new, unused, and resalable items within 28 days of delivery, as long as they're in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
